This is an outstanding, brand new motorhome conversion on a 2008 Fiat Ducato. The conversion consists of a rear leisure lounge which makes up into a double bed – bed size 6’ / 1.83m x 4’ / 1.22m, a front dinette which makes up into a single bed – bed size 5’6” / 1.68m x 2’6” / 760mm, a washroom with toilet and shower facility, a mid kitchen area with Smev oven/grill, Smev 2 burner hob, sink and Dometic fridge. It is fitted with a Propex Heatsource HS2000 heating unit, and a Truma Ultrastore water heater. Both the driver and passenger seats are fitted with swivel bases for use when sitting at the front dinette area. An electric entrance step and awning light are also fitted. The bodywork is in excellent condition with no dents and just a few digs on the upper section of the side door. The alloys are in excellent condition with plenty of tread remaining on the tyres. Surprisingly light caravan to tow given its size.

The inside is in good condition with just a few minor issues which are naturally reflected in the low reserve price. The cushions and mattress are protected with plastic so have no tears, holes or marks. Just minimal scuffs on the woodwork. One cupboard catch is broken though this would be easy to rectify. The appliances are showing signs of use but are quite clean. Some of the fridge shelves are missing. One of the trumatic heater knobs is missing. The partitioning and shower curtains are missing. Part of the outer casing of the blind and screen is missing though this doesn't affect its use. All the blinds and screens work fine. Comes with all the original manuals and instructions. Comes with a fixed bed! Comfortably sleeps 5 adults. Part exchanges more than welcome. Full dealership facilities including finance.

The seating is of an L-shape configuration with slide out bed on runners, but no cushions or upholstry. There is a flat screen tv connected to a phillips free view box. The van has a boosted digital tv aerial on the roof.

The kitchen area is a fitted unit with Smev appliences. there is a 2 burner hob and sink combi, gas oven and worktop. The fridge is also located in the unit.

There are fitted overhead lockers over the driver compartment and all down the os of the van.

There is a gas/storage cupboard accesed throught the rear door.

The van has external hook up, gas bbq outlet and water filler (lockable).

The van does have some dents on the back doors, OS top, and dented ns sill under the sliding door.

The front lounge has bench style seating which consists of a large double bed or comfortable seating area for 4 - 6 people. There is decent sized free standing table and 4- 6 people could dine in comfort. This caravan has 6ft day beds, bench style seating with central drawers and can be turned into a large king sized double bed by night.

The central kitchen is fully equipped with hot and cold water to the sink, a full size spinflo cara oven, 4 burner hob and grill and a full size 3 way electrolux fridge.

There is a central carver heating system electric and gas powered located centrally which has the benefit of blown air heating via a series of vents throughout the caravan with thermostatic control, ideal if your a winter caravanner or someone who uses it for the christmas new year break as this heating will keep you warm in the coldest of conditions.

The end bathroom is fully equipped with hot and cold water to the sink, decent sized shower, and cassette toilet. There is a corner wardrope and central sink with hot and cold water. The rear bathroom can be closed off with the fitted door for privacy / changing area.

 Hot water can be heated off both gas and electric.

Central in the caravan is a sideboard with a 240v socket (ideal for the tv), numerous drawers/storage and above a drinks cabinet. To cut it short there is bags of storage in this caravan.

There is an alko stabalizer fitted for ultimate towing stability.

There is some hailstone damage not on the door side on the other side so not going to be visible when using the caravan but its there over the whole side there are light indentations, non have pierced the skin so wont cause any problems but a good chance to get a cheap modern caravan.

Please remember it wont be perfect because its a used 16 year old caravan so please expect fair wear and tear but in gc for its age. Viewings or independant inspection more than welcomed and I dont think you'd be dissapointed. I have run a quick check on the electrics/12v lighting while the carpet was being cleaned and all worked as it should but it hasnt been fully checked.

built in 2010 me my wife and 10 yr old twins spent most weekends and holidays in this van and it worked really well the table stores away and the bed slots together in its place.and is solid as a rock .there is a toilet with porta loo .the fridge is 3 way but we only used mains the cooker has 2 burners and a grill the gas bottle is in a cuboard by back door ,it also comes with a massive awnining which seals up like a tent and you can drive away  awning has a double sleeping compartment .it also has eletric cold water ,240v lights and 12v lights

the van has just had a new rear wing and cills as the wing had a massive dent and the sills rust on ducatos this will need painting

the van has just had a mot on 18/02/2012 and will have 6 months tax i am still using the van on a daily basis only selling due to retiring from work due to ill health so no money to finish her will be sad to see her go.very warm in the winter months because the whole van is well insulated .there is loads of storage and is regiestered as a motorhome so cheaper to insure

Updated kitchen area. Large double bed above cab with new mattress and topper, very comfortable! Full size double bed converts from dining area with single alongside.

New upholstery and curtains with reflective screen for windscreen. 

Gas fire and blown air heating. Gas bottle included. Built for all year round use with large roof rack and old ski rack on roof accessible via roof ladder at rear.

Extending TV mast needs new aerial. On board insulated waste tank and large water tank for winter use. 240v hook up and cable supplied. Tow bar fitted.

Fiat 2.5D runs like a dream. Cam belt changed recently. New quality clutch just fitted. Chassis immaculate and body sound. New air assist rear springs fitted.

This is an old motorhome so do not expect it to be unmarked and unused.

There is evidence of rust on body in normal places at front wheel arches and under screen.

The rear nearside skirt panel is damaged behind the rear wheel and I managed to reverse into a barn door and dented the rear nearside!

Front seats are leather but not swivel. Access to rear between seats 

Sink and wash handbasin taps require plumbing for hot water to new boiler that is supplied(240v and hot air from gas heater). Cold water (and hot when connected) work from electric pump. Porta pottie in washroom. 

I do not know the true milage as the instrument cluster has been changed. The speedometer has had a MPH dial fitted but the mileage is in kilometers and this shows 186,000 although the chasiss does not appear to have that sort of mileage on it.

Motorhome is on the road travelling at the moment but will be available to view in Leicester LE2  from Friday 24th Feb for coming weekend. Come and have a test run. You will not be dissapointed. Meantime, try contacting my mobile I may be passing your door on my travels!

The Interior and upholstery of the van is very clean and well looked after and has just had new curtains fitted, inside the van there is side seating with table this area turns into a bunk bed and front end seating with second table that turns into a double bed, the caravan sides and roof are all damp free the only bit of damp is a very small amount around the center front window at the top which has only made the wall Bord slightly soft and not damaged the window frame its self so not bad at all,

the caravan is well equipped it has hot and cold running water from a cascade 2 water heater, oven with 3 burner hub and grill, 3 way fridge freezer, sink and drainer, end corner shower room with cassette toilet and wash basin and opposite there is a wardrobe, the van will also come with a good leisure battery and gas bottle,

The caravan is built on a galvanised AL-Ko chassis with auto reversing brakes, The exterior of the van is very clean with no big dents or dings,

Whites Caravans based in Ingatestone, Essex are pleased to offer you this Citroen Motorhome. The bodywork is in very good condition. The front cab is completely solid with no rust. The rear corner of the coachbody is dented slightly and there is a branch scrape at the top of one side (see close up photos below). The tyres have plenty of tread on the tyres.

The inside is in very good condition. The cushions are protected with plastic so have no tears, holes or marks. The mattress above the cab has been replaced with a foam substitute. Just minimal scuffs on the woodwork. The appliances are clean. The curtains are clean. Slight staining on the bathroom ceiling, caused by the use of the shower. Comfortably sleeps 5 adults.

Mechanically the motorhome is totally reliable and drives without fault. Listed with a low reserve price. Part exchanges more than welcome. Full dealership facilities including finance.
